Shipping & Returns

 

Internet Return Policy

 

We accept exchanges and returns within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchanges/returns must be pre-approved by our Returns Department and you must obtain a return authorization number and return instructions before shipping items back. Please do not return any product to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#). Products returned to us without an RA # will incur an additional $15 handling charge. You can request a return authorization by calling 763-513-9822 within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.  Customer Service hours are 8AM to 5PM CT Monday through Friday.

 

Returns:

 

Unopened merchandise may be exchanged or refunded. ”Unopened” means that all factory seals have not been broken and the contents have not been removed from its packaging.

 

Opened merchandise may be returned but only for online or in-store credit less a 15% restocking fee. All store credits are valid for one year. Merchandise must be returned in its original factory carton (undamaged unit, Styrofoam, instruction manual, warranty card and all included accessories)

 

Shipping costs on the original purchase are non-refundable. Items originally purchased with Free Shipping will have the shipping fee deducted from the refund.

 
All returns are subject to inspection before a store credit is given.

 
If any item is returned without its original box we will not give a refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

All Software (sewing software, computer software, embroidery software, etc.)

Any item without original packaging

All sewing Cabinets, Chairs, Cutting Tables, Inserts, and Quilting table Extensions

Customized Items

Items priced less than $30.

All items requiring freight delivery

 

Defective Merchandise:

 

We honor all manufacturer warranties. We will repair or replace any warranty covered unit at our option if we determine it is defective in workmanship or material and in need of repair. We have to see the unit to determine if the problem you are having is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not accept COD returns.
